Onsite Inspection/Occupancy Verification

Upon request by work order, MarylandRentCourt.com will send a qualified agent to the landlord’s property for an onsite inspection. MarylandRentCourt.com’s Agent will post the required notice to notify the tenant of the pending inspection and will arrive on the scheduled date and time. Upon arrival, the Agent will note the dwellings condition, both inside and out. The Agent will take photos showing the conditions and any repairs or damage that may be present or needed. The Agent will then complete an onsite questionnaire with the tenant updating contact and employment information of the Tenant for the Landlord. All photographic evidence and updated questionnaire will be forwarded to the Landlord by email after the inspection has been completed.
